Subject of data protection
The subject of data protection is personal data. Registration
In order to take advantage of all the benefits of Funatics, you must register. For this purpose, you can - as soon as this is offered - create a user account at Funatics and log in via it. For this purpose, you must enter your username, e-mail address and a password. These data are needed to set up and manage a User Account for you and to enable you to use the full range of Games. Last but not least, Funatics also needs this and possibly other data to be able to respond to requests, questions and criticism.

Facebook login
Alternatively, if this is offered, you can log in via your Facebook account. In this case, your Facebook user account will be linked to the game. By logging in via "Facebook Login", we receive information about the basic user data stored in your Facebook user account. This refers to the data that is publicly visible on the social network www.facebook.com. Of this data, we only use your e-mail address and your user name to create a user account for you. Conversely, in the case of Facebook login, data may be transferred from Funatics to your Facebook profile. Your transferred data will be stored and processed by Funatics for the purpose of registration on our server. In addition, Funatics offers you the possibility to personalize your profile. For example, you can enter your name, website, ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger, YIM, Windows Live, Skype, Jabber, birthday, gender, place of residence, profession, hobbies. Further, you can upload a photo of yourself on your profile page. This information is voluntary and not necessary to sign up for games. Please note that all data and photos voluntarily provided on your profile are accessible to other users. Therefore, you should carefully choose what you put on your profile and thereby share with other users.
Furthermore, if you use the Facebook login, you may share other data stored with Facebook, such as your age, profile picture, profile picture gallery and status messages, with Funatics so that you can use the full range of Funatics services.

Interactive areas
Funatics provides discussion forums or other interactive areas or services, including chat rooms and message boards, or other areas and services on the Websites and mobile applications where you or third parties can create, post or store any content, messages, comments, materials or other items ("Interactive Areas"). Data sharing
In order for you to use all of the features of the Games, we occasionally rely on services provided by contracted third-party companies and external service providers.
In the context of the games offered for mobile devices, some of your personal data, such as your Gamecenter name, is passed on to the company Apple Inc. or Google Inc. for the operation and use of the games, which also operates the store through which you downloaded these games. For example, Apple or Google will handle the sending of push notifications to you if you subscribe to such notifications.

Mobile application
Funatics mobile applications collect, store and transmit data that is stored on your mobile device and transmitted to Google to enable an analysis of your use of this application. The information generated about your use of this application is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
In the event that IP anonymization is activated in this application, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active for this application. On behalf of Funatics, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Application, compiling reports on the behavior of and integration with the Application, and providing other related services to the operator of the Application.
The IP address transmitted by your device as part of Google mobile Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
In order to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses, the anonymization of the IP address has been activated in this application by using the method "setAnonymizeIp".
Deletion of your data
As far as your data is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, it will be deleted. If you have your user account deleted, your profile will be deleted completely and permanently. If data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be blocked. The data is then no longer available for further use.
Right of information and rectification
